Cancellation Policy

At AceCliq, we follow a transparent and hassle-free cancellation policy. The terms of our cancellation policy are as follows:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted to our billing department by emailing contact@acecliq.com or by communicating the request directly to your designated Account Manager. A cancellation request shall be considered valid only after it has been reviewed and confirmed by the respective department.
  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if they are submitted within 12 hours of placing the order and provided that the execution of the project or service has not already commenced.
  • AceCliq shall not be held responsible for the cancellation, modification, or refund of any third-party services, including but not limited to hosting, domain registration, web development performed by third parties, content writing, software licenses, advertising budgets, or any other external services purchased on behalf of the Client.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing, SEO, web development, and other digital services, AceCliq does not guarantee refunds upon cancellation of any service. For monthly service plans, it is understood that payment for the subsequent month is made only after reviewing the performance and deliverables of the current billing cycle. AceCliq does not guarantee specific rankings, website traffic, leads, conversions, or business growth, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control. Accordingly, AceCliq shall not be liable for any refund claims based solely on search engine rankings, traffic fluctuations, campaign performance, or similar expectations. We provide professional Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, Branding, and related digital solutions across India, and any approved refund shall be processed strictly in accordance with the cancellation and refund policies stated above.
