We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of our clients' information and handling personal data responsibly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in India. Any information concerning the Client and their respective Client Records may be passed to trusted third-party service providers where necessary for the provision of agreed services or where legally required by the appropriate authorities. However, Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any unauthorized third party. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of, any and all Client Records we maintain, provided that reasonable notice is given. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature, reports, proposals, or documents issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, AceCliq shall issue Clients with written information, handouts, or copies of records as part of an agreed contract for the benefit of both parties.

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by AceCliq will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services, products, project updates, or other legitimate business communications.

Exclusions and Limitations

The information on the AceCliq website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AceCliq:

Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents, or which are or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including, without limitation, any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or the Company's literature; and excludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits (whether or not the loss of such profits was foreseeable, arose in the normal course of events, or you have advised AceCliq of the possibility of such potential loss), damage caused to your computer, computer software, systems, programs, and the data stored therein, or any other direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

AceCliq does not, however, exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

All major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other approved online payment methods are accepted as methods of payment. Our payment terms require full payment at the time of ordering our services unless otherwise agreed in writing. AceCliq reserves the right to seek recovery of any outstanding payments that remain unpaid for 30 days from the date of the invoice through appropriate collection agencies and/or by initiating legal proceedings before the competent courts having jurisdiction. In such circumstances, the Client shall be responsible for any outstanding amount along with any applicable administrative, legal, recovery, and court-related costs incurred during the recovery process.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service plan at any time by sending an email to contact@acecliq.com. To ensure that your cancellation request is processed without additional charges, the request must be sent and received at least 48 hours prior to your next recurring billing date.

Web Master Service and Non-Payment

AceCliq reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently disable the websites of clients who fail to make timely payments for our Web Master Services, where the website is hosted or managed by AceCliq. Such action may remain in effect until all outstanding dues have been cleared.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and AceCliq reserve the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the termination of services that are already in progress. No refunds shall be provided once a service has commenced and is considered to be actively underway for all practical purposes.

If a refund is mutually agreed upon between the Client and AceCliq, the refund amount shall be processed after deducting 7% of the total payment to cover transaction, payment gateway, and administrative processing charges.

Availability

You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability and fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs, documents, or text made available through this website. Redistribution or republication of any part of this website or its content is strictly prohibited, including by framing or any similar means, without the prior written consent of AceCliq. AceCliq does not warrant that the services available through this website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, although every reasonable effort is made to provide the highest level of service. By using this website, you agree to indemnify and hold AceCliq, its employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates harmless against any loss, damage, or liability arising in any manner whatsoever from your use of this website or its services.
